Why Durant RV Owners Store With Us

Units built for full-size rigs

Most facilities top out at 10×20. Our largest units go to 15×50, built specifically to handle Class A motorhomes, extended fifth wheels, and rigs with slide-outs. Drive straight in without the tight-angle maneuvering that damages awnings and corners.

Drive-up access, 6 AM to 10 PM daily

No appointments. No waiting on staff. Pull your tow vehicle in seven days a week during access hours and get on the road — or back home — on your own schedule.

Fenced, gated property with keypad entry

The facility is fully fenced with gated, keypad-controlled access. Only active tenants can enter, which means your RV is protected whether you're leaving it for a weekend or through the entire offseason.

Month-to-month leases — no contracts

Store through winter, through a stretch between road trips, or year-round. Flexible month-to-month rentals mean you move out when you're ready with no early-termination fees.

Easy online management

Reserve your unit, sign your lease, and pay your bill entirely online. Autopay by debit, credit, or ACH keeps things hands-off. Cash, check, and money order are also accepted at the office or drop box.

What to Expect When You Store With Us

When you reserve, you'll receive keypad access to the gated property and a drive-up unit sized for your rig. There are no complicated check-in procedures — pull in, park, and go.

How to Prepare Your RV for Storage

A little prep before you park it protects your rig through Oklahoma's winters and hot summers — and means it's ready to roll when you are.

Clean the interior thoroughly

Clear out all food, wipe down surfaces, and clean the refrigerator with the door propped open. Food residue and trapped moisture are the two main causes of mold and pest problems in stored RVs.

Winterize the water system

Drain the fresh water tank, water heater, and all plumbing lines. Add RV-rated antifreeze to the P-traps to prevent freeze damage during Durant's cold snaps. Skipping this step is one of the most common — and expensive — storage mistakes RV owners make.

Treat the fuel and engine

Add a fuel stabilizer to the tank and run the engine for several minutes to circulate it through the system. Change the oil before a long storage stretch — contaminants in used oil become corrosive over time.

Maintain the battery

Disconnect the battery to prevent parasitic drain, or connect a trickle charger to keep it at full charge throughout storage. A battery left to fully discharge over winter rarely recovers completely.

Protect the tires

Inflate to the manufacturer's recommended storage pressure. Use tire covers to block UV exposure and slow dry rot. If storing for several months, move the rig slightly every few weeks to prevent flat spots from developing.

Block openings against pests

Cover exhaust pipes and air intakes with fine mesh or foam plugs. Mice in particular will find any gap they can, and a single nesting can cause significant wiring and insulation damage.

Cover slide-outs and seals

Inspect all slide-out seals and roof seams before storage. Apply a UV protectant to rubber seals. If your rig has a fabric awning, retract and secure it.
